Hitler mini golf exhibit causes controversy, for some reason | Off the Bench
Remember when you were a kid and your parents piled the family into the car for an afternoon of murderous dictator mini golf? Me neither. But now children of all ages can get a heil in one at an art exhibit in Blackpool, England, which features the saluting Hitler you see in the photo.
There’s also a hole in which a statue of Saddam Hussein topples when you hit the ball into the hole. It’s all part of the Grundy Art Gallery’s Adventureland Golf exhibition, the Hitler portion of which was created by Jake and Dinos Chapman.
But somehow the idea of Hitler mini golf does not sit well with one British Jewish organization, which condemned the concept.
